Cosy winter

It's getting chilly over here, winter is on its way. Somehow I like winter, up to Christmas, then it gets boring and I crave longer days. For now, the lovely smell of turf is coming out of the chimneys and I'm getting set for cosy nights in.
All wrapped up in a warm jumper I've just been to the shops around the corner and strolled around the streets, enjoying the bright neon lights in the darkness of the night.
Got all my stuff for my carbonara pasta (from scratch, please!), and poured myself a nice glass of wine.
Isn't life beautiful?
