Botox
I can't believe I've just had Botox done!
I'm currently in Ettlingen, near Karlsruhe, Germany, on business meetings in my company's German office, and there is a doctor here today injecting for free anyone who volunteers. I've been working for Botox for 4 years, telling customers how good a product it is, so I thought I'd give it a try and experience the real thing.
So here I am, on a chair with a mirror in front of me, and a doctor highlighting to me that I actually do have wrinkles on my forehead, despite the fact that I'm only 26. It's going to be interesting to see if I can notice the difference in two weeks (time it takes to reach full effect). I've had about 15 injections on my forehead, with a bunch of people looking at me, going "Ouch!" everytime the doctor was sticking a needle in my face, and all commenting in German (this is maybe the scariest part).
Experiencing what I've been talking about to other people for years is quite interesting. Now, being only 26 is a little pathetic I guess, but hey, I work for them, it was high time I gave it a try!
